Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our work is custom-made for each client, so refunds depend on how much work has been done when a project is cancelled. This policy applies to payments made to Spinex for website development, e-commerce, design, video, social media and marketing services.

If you cancel in writing before we start work (before the first design, draft or planning deliverable is shared), we refund the advance in full, minus any payment gateway or bank charges.

• Payments for stages that are completed or in progress are not refundable.
• Payments made in advance for stages that have not started are refunded.
• Any third-party costs already paid on your behalf are deducted.

We share the work completed up to the cancellation date once the amounts due are settled.

E-commerce management, Digital marketing, Social media, Brand promotion and maintenance plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 15 days' written notice before the next billing date. Fees for the current month are not refundable.

• Domain names, hosting, paid themes, plugins, software licences and stock media bought for your project.
• Advertising spend already paid to platforms such as Meta or Google.
• Work that has been delivered and approved by you.

If we are unable to deliver the agreed work for reasons on our side, we will refund payments for the parts not delivered.

Send your request to spinexitsolutions@gmail.com with your name, project name and payment details. We confirm the amount within 7 working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after that.

Any fee or stipend related to an internship is confirmed in writing when you are selected. If anyone asks you for money in Spinex's name without a written offer from us, please report it to us before paying.
